An Essay on Equality

It is often stated by both Christians and so called humanists that all men and women are equal and should be treated as such. This way of thinking has been
a model for modern legislature and philosophy to a degree which makes me
want to puke.
I claim it easily established that it is not so. Some people just happen to be more intelligent, beautiful and creative than others, it's sad but true.
But then again: is it really that sad at all? Is that not what makes life so intriquing, the difference in mankind? Personally I think it is so.
What then with those people who seem to succeed with whatever they do, and what about those who don't? Tough shit, life is hard and then you die; nobody said it was supposed to be easy.
I remember back in school, I had an easy time: I didn't work hard at all and yet I
was doing better than some among me who were working their butts off. The teachers had a way of dealing with this problem favourising those "stupid" kids
over the more intelligent ones, almost succeeding in making us feel bad about us
being more intelligent than our peers. If both your parents were still married and if you wasn't a social welfare case it was just tough luck. If you further more had the nerve to be intelligent along with being against teachers' authority then you
really had it coming: all their marxist crap and flower power mumbo jumbo.
What really pisses me off sometimes is that it seems that society now-a-days (too)
has only room for the ignorant : like the ones who tried to trick me into doing their homework ( I always refused), so they could look good although they really didn't give a shit about school (or anything else for that matter). Well, neither did I (about school), but why not be honest about it instead of sneaking around?
These fellow students of mine finally got an exam of some kind, some even made
it quite well for normal standards, but most of them know as little today as they
did back then. Could things have turned out differently?
Perhaps if the teachers had not treated us like they did. We should have been met with individually designed demands, expectations and encouragement to strive still further, but that was not "hip" in those days. Back then the fools were supposed to teach the brains, the weak to rule the strong and the ugly to set the standards for acceptable looks. Everyone had the "right" to be respected, but what if there wasn't anything at all to advocate such a respect?
That is the curse of Christianity and modern humanism: it doesn't encourage any-
one to strive for perfection;" who cares, we're all equal aren't we?"
No! We are not, and were never intended to be! That would be the beginning of the end of mankind. Does anyone really believe we got this far by letting the weak
and the ignorant set the course? And some people truly
are ignorant, weak and
ugly (both in- and externally. You can't do anything about it, it's just tough luck.
But it would be a crime against humanity to equal us all up with those sorry beings.
We are not equal, luckily most people have some talent one way or another, which is the main issue here: you cannot set up standards for behavior, lifestyle or belief.
I could imagine that the Christians' insisting on all men and women being equal derives from The Genesis: "..and God made man in his image." What it should
have said was:"..and man made his god in his own image". That would explain
the diversity of gods throughout history and would fit reality better. With mankind being as different as is, it is only natural for each man or woman to have his/her
own personal god.
We are all different and should be treated as such. To quote William Blake:" One
law for the lion and the ox would be oppression." This causes no problem for the Satanist but fools, ignorants and weaklings
and Christians have a hard time dealing with this. They dare not rely on the strongs' ability to show compassion
and be generous so they make laws to make sure they get what is "right".
They seem to overlook the fact that true compassion, love, respect and generosity cannot be forced. It has to come from within, everything else is fake, fascism and fundamentally wrong.
